The Life of A Seller's Wife. Volume I.
Yep, Portland sure didn't last long, a whooping 3 days to be exact. All of you who doubted us staying in Portland for long... well,... you were right.
So what now? Let me tell ya, Marcus and a few other guys are going BACK to Kansas for 3 more weeks. Shocking, I know.
I couldn't believe it either, which is why I'll be working from home until he gets back. I've been a very dedicated wife this summer, but I'll be honest, I couldn't bear the thought of driving back to Kansas either! Now I am all alone while my other half is all the way across the country. How lame.
SO glad you treated yourself...you deserve it!
ReplyDeleteSo when is your official last day of pest control? You guys have had quite the summer.
ReplyDeletehey, what exactly is he selling? i'm the wife of a "seller" too... so i'm just curious.
ReplyDeleteWow. That's crazy. Three weeks. I think I'd have to stay behind, too.
ReplyDeleteNow you have me craving cupcakes.
whoa, I wasn't expecting that. I'm glad you didn't have to go back, but it does stink to be apart. In your case you guys are probably looking forward to going back to school and settling down! Mmm, those cupcakes sound yummy. We might have to go to Cupcakery tonight--I've been looking for an excuse for a while. I'd say buying a house is reason enough to celebrate. Right?
ReplyDeleteThere's something so delicious about a cupcake. It's like a self contained piece of heaven. HaHa
ReplyDeleteSo sorry you're going to be apart for a few weeks, it'll go fast.
I loved all your "newborn" photos! It was so fun seeing you there that night and John couldn't believe that Marcus was such a devoted husband! Enjoy your cupcakes while your "sweety" is gone.
ReplyDeleteWow! Are you guys coming back to Provo after that?
ReplyDeleteso sorry you're without your hubby...that's hard! Hope the weeks go by fast!
